This guided tour will introduce school classes to the origins, operation and spread of conspiracy thinking. It is not only since the Covid-19 pandemic that more and more people believe in secret powers behind social catastrophes. Young people will therefore also be introduced to conspiracy theories that have existed for centuries - from the alleged poisoning of wells by Jews in the Middle Ages to the Freemasons and the Illuminati, to "chemtrails" and anti-vaccinationists.

Afterwards, the young people benefit from the workshop "#CHECKYOURFACTS - Don't believe everything on the internet! "in collaboration with BEE SECURE, to be better educated to detect misinformation. In the internet age, the ability to distinguish between truth and lies has become particularly important.
