During the Easter holidays, the Lëtzebuerg City Museum offers you a special program for young and old. Participate with your family (max. 4 people) and share a joyful moment during our creative activities.
Just like the spoken language, handwriting has changed and developped over centuries. For a long time, the German and Latin Antiqua and “Frakturschrift” were official scripts in Luxembourg.
Now it’s your turn! Learn how to write in an antique handwriting and use classic utensiles such as quill and ink. The document with your message gets its final touch by adding a personalized seal.
Due to the Covid19 epidemic, we have adapted our workshops to the current sanitary measures. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your family (max. 4 participants) to a “private” workshop at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum.
The workshop lasts one hour. Reservations must be made by telephone. There are only limited time slots.
