Its mission is based on three pillars:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to collect, conserve, study and exhibit the tangible and intangible heritage of the city and its inhabitants;<br \/>\n&#8211; to tell the story of the city, its territory and its population, from the origins in the 10th century to the present day, by placing it in a national and transnational context;<br \/>\n&#8211; to be a place of information, reflection and debate on socio-cultural issues of concern to citizens and urban society today.<\/p>\n<p>The L\u00ebtzebuerg City Museum attaches great importance to public participation and digital mediation.
