Juke-box

After the war, the people of Luxembourg rediscovered the joy of going out and having fun. A youth culture emerged that sought its references from the American model. Young people got together in groups at certain spots of the city, such as the milk bars, where they drank Coca-Cola and Sinalco whilst listening to their favourite songs. The flipper and the juke-box made their appearance in bistrots, fun places in tune with the spirit of the age.
