Bottle used to sell vinegar produced in Rollingergrund by the brothers Frédéric and Victor Michaëlis. The Michaëlis vinegar factory was the first to make vinegar concentrated at 90%. In 1879, a new method known as “tumblers” or “Michaëlis method” was invented by Victor Michaëlis to make wine, fruit, beer and brandy vinegar.
