Step into the medieval past of Luxembourg City on this guided walk. The tour begins at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum, where a model of the city around 1500 offers a vivid glimpse into life at the time. From there, continue into the old town to uncover traces of its medieval heritage.

Strolling through its picturesque streets, you will encounter landmarks such as the Three Towers, the Schéieschlach, and a section of the 12th-century city wall, preserved in the archaeological crypt on rue de la Reine. Discover vaulted cellars and Gothic sculptures that still adorn historic façades along the way despite fires and bombardments over the centuries, remnants that continue to reveal the wealth of the capital’s medieval past.

Please note: the archaeological crypt is not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
