As part of the exhibition « Une petite histoire de carrés », let's discover a drawing technique called pixel art: to reproduce the giant copy of the painting « La Petite Histoire » pixel by pixel (stitch by stitch), the Collectif au carré used this pixelisation technique, replacing each pixel with a 5 x 5 cm knitted square.
During these workshops, you will be asked to imagine an element in pixel art, and then to reproduce it using the knitted squares at your disposal.
This fun and sensory introduction to pixel art is accessible to all, and is particularly aimed at families, for a shared creative moment!
