This workshop is all about wood! Together, we will discover how to turn a simple wooden disc into a colourful piece of art. With some string, a bit of tape or a sponge, and of course lots of paint, you can get creative and design your own wooden discs.

“A medieval walk"

Step into the medieval past of Luxembourg City on this guided walk. The tour begins at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum, where a model of the city around 1500 offers a vivid glimpse into life at the time. From there, continue into the old town to uncover traces of its medieval heritage.

Let’s take the time to discover a fascinating period. With the help of models, charters, and other artefacts, we travel back to the 10th century and explore how the medieval city gradually developed from the castle known as Lucilinburhuc. Then, we leave the museum to visit the archaeological crypt on Rue de la Reine.
