Step back in time and discover the medieval past of Luxembourg City! The tour begins at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum and continues through the old town, where many traces of the Middle Ages remain.

As you stroll through the picturesque alleys, you will see the Three Towers, the Schéieschlach, and the 7th-century city wall, preserved in the archaeological crypt on Rue de la Reine. The impressive vaulted cellars and Gothic sculptures that still adorn some façades also bear witness to this era. Despite fires and bombings, many remnants of the city’s medieval history have endured.
