Cooking smartly also involves using food leftovers as well as meal leftovers efficiently. In this cooking workshop, Chef Carlo Sauber will introduce the concept of Smart Cooking. Participants will discover various measures against food waste - from purchasing and storing groceries to their preparation in the kitchen. The practical application of this concept will be followed by a tasting.
