The Art of Cycles with Nadine Rocco

No matter how long each menstrual cycle lasts, its different phases recur every month. A period calendar can help you better understand the cycle and identify its different phases.

As part of the exhibition Et Leeft, we are inviting you to a series of creative workshops, in which participants will create their own period calendar. Each workshop is led by a different artist or illustrator, who has created a unique design that will serve as the basis of many marvellous calendar creations.

Nadine Rocco (@secondbestzine) is a multidisciplinary artist who creates vibrant abstract works and leads hands-on workshops centred around storytelling, collage, and self-expression. Her practice encourages curiosity, openness, and finding your own visual language.
